The Bloggers Who Still Post & Inspire Me
There is no denying that the blogging world is certainly a lot quieter than it ever has been before. The majority of people have left their blogs to gather dust for the likes of YouTube and Instagram…
Your Weekend Reading, Watch & Listen List #15
We’re in the lead up to what I imagine is everyone’s busiest time of year but it also happens to be the time of year where you will undoubtedly find yourself in front of the tv with maybe a box of Quality Streets (my personal favourites) and this is everything that I’ve been enjoying as of late that you might like too…
5 Cold Weather Beauty Essentials
-contains PR samples-
Although my limbs are firmly stuffed inside of thermals, chunky socks and gloves right now I still like to make sure I’m taking care of them. The colder months can wreak havoc on your skin from going in and out from the cold…
Navigating The Festive Period When It Can Feel Overwhelming
For so, so many of us the upcoming festive period isn’t a time of joy infact it’s the complete opposite and it can be incredibly difficult time to navigate mentally as it's a season that comes with its own different set of stresses. The online world can feel particularly overwhelming at this time of year…
November In Beauty
-contains PR samples-
November has been a month filled with the most wonderful occasions, my boyfriend turned 30, we got engaged and lots of other lovely days in-between. For far too long I was the girl walking around in a leather jacket and ballet flats when there was ice on the ground, despite my mum constantly telling me that I needed to dress warmer but of course, when you’re a teenager you always think you know better than you’re obviously older and wiser parents. Since getting Josie and then Edie it means that as long as it’s not a torrential downpour I’m outside every single day and I’ve quickly learned what works and what doesn’t and these are all the mistakes I’ve made when it comes to dressing practically.
Your Weekend Reading, Watch & Listen List #14
I feel like I cannot write this post without sharing some super exciting news first…I’m getting married! My boyfriend (well, fiance now I guess) and I headed to the Peak District a couple of times this week and on Wednesday we decided to finally explore Ladyclough Woods. After walking through the twisty eery woodland we came to a clearing where there's a bridge nestled amongst the pine trees, up we walked onto that bridge after realising we needed to turn round as it was the end of the route.
